Nick Martin

Handicapper looking to use extensive hockey knowledge to create interesting and detailed hockey content and game articles as a writer for Action. Always working to study recent performances in order to help guide usage of analytics, and help create an understanding of where data may be skewed with regards to NHL handicapping and predictiveness. Nick is a Washington Capitals fan, who still coaches and plays hockey.

Nick has thoroughly enjoyed covering the NHL for the Action Network since last season, and continues to try to develop in an exciting new field as a writer. With lesser experience towards writing and in media but very confident of knowledge towards handicapping and the NHL, Nick reached out to Michael Leboff with a number of sample pieces looking to receive an opportunity writing about his passion and was grateful to be brought on board with Action.

Nick has acquired Personal and Group training certifications, and has worked in the fitness field alongside handicapping, coaching hockey, and writing.
