David Gertler

David is a women's tennis contributor for Action Network, writing about WTA matches around the globe. He is a long-time tennis writer, writing for his All About Tennis Blog, Last Word on Tennis, and Cracked Racquets. David has also been a guest for many Cracked Racquets podcasts.

 David has written hundreds of tennis articles for various websites since 2012 and is excited to be continuing to write about the sport for Action Network. He has contributed as a podcast guest for the Cracked Racquets podcasts, which are a part of the Tennis Channel Podcast Network.

David has a BA from the University of Michigan where he studied psychology. David then went on to get his MEd from Vanderbilt University. He watched and wrote about tennis throughout his higher education experiences.
