Avery Zimmerman

Avery manages the tennis and soccer verticals at Action, as well as leading responsible gaming content. He also assists with the company's predictive analytics team in addition to the news team. He specializes in data analysis and sport-specific modeling.

While Avery is recently out of college, he had been studying the sports betting landscape throughout high school and college, and he has worked on developing model-based projections for individual sports. As an editor at InsideNU, he developed the site's original college football betting series and has assisted other publications in building their sports betting coverage. Avery has experience analyzing tennis, soccer, golf and college football, and he is looking to expand his expertise even further with the help of Action's predictive analytics team.
