The 2022 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year race will be an interesting one, because we don't know if any rookie quarterback will start the season under center. And usually, the OROY has to play the whole season (or most of it) to win.

Even without the job locked up, Steelers QB Kenny Pickett is the favorite at +500 at most sportsbooks. He's competing with Mitch Trubisky and Mason Rudolph for the starting role in Pittsburgh.

Next is Falcons WR Drake London, who steps into an offensive devoid of many playmakers, save for last year's first-round pick Kyle Pitts. He's followed by Jets RB Breece Hall, a hyper-productive collegiate back, and a handful of receivers, including Jets WR Garrett Wilson, Packers WR Christian Watson and Titans WR Treylon Burks, who falls into an elite landing spot.

We don't see another quarterback until the 11th spot, with Falcons QB Desmond Ridder at around +1400. He's not the favorite to get that job with Marcus Mariota signing a two-year deal with Atlanta this offseason after they dealt Matt Ryan to the Colts.

There have been some big movers so far this offseason:

• Browns WR David Bell has moved from 100-1 to around 25-1 at most sportsbooks, though he'll miss the next few weeks of practice. The third-round pick is expected to play in the slot right away with Jarvis Landry gone. Bell tested poorly at the NFL Combine but was wildly productive at Purdue.
• Falcons RB Tyler Allgeier dropped from 125-1 to 50-1 at BetMGM. He's not guaranteed playing time by any means, but Cordarrelle Patterson is the only player clearly ahead of him in the pecking order in Atlanta.
• Bills RB James Cook has seen his price dip from 40-1 to 14-1. He finds himself in a great landing spot as the second running back in an explosive Bills offense that likes to spread touches around.
• Lions WR Jameson Williams won't be ready for the start of the season, and Texans WR Jon Metchie could miss the entire year as he battles leukemia. Williams is still floating around 10-1 with the favorites, but Metchie is dropping or off the board at most sportsbooks.

1. Kenny Pickett (+500)

Pickett was the first quarterback off the board in the 2022 NFL Draft, albeit later than usual at No. 20. He doesn't have the starting job locked up but he's probably the most pro-ready of any quarterback in the draft.

2. Drake London (+650)

• Wide Receiver
• Atlanta Falcons

London was the first receiver off the board and steps right into an offense that desperately needs playmakers, especially with Calvin Ridley suspended for the season. He's a big-bodied receiver who should contribute right away. Fortunately, NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year winners don't have to play for a good team.

3. Treylon Burks (+750)

• Tennessee Titans

Burks was part of an interesting draft day trade -- the Titans sent A.J. Brown to the Eagles and got back the pick they used to take Burks. He's a big, physical receiver who should fit well with Tennessee's identity and see plenty of targets given that Julio Jones and Browns are gone.

4. Breece Hall (+800)

• Running Back
• New York Jets

The Jets already have a good young running back in Michael Carter, but New York opted for Hall in the second round to supplement their backfield. He's a do-it-all back who was incredibly productive at Iowa State, but does have some competition for touches.

5. Garrett Wilson (+800)

• Wide Receiver
• New York Jets

Wilson is an NFL-ready receiver who's shown elite speed and route-running ability at Ohio State. Like Hall, he'll have some competition for touches, but should be on the field right away.
