Action users in Ohio, Massachusetts, Maryland and Tennessee. Fanatics plans on launching in more states in 2023, but these are the only states eligible for the beta program right now.

These states are independent from Fanatics' acquisition of PointsBet, which will close in August, and then Fanatics can start going live in PointsBet's states.
