The Buffalo Bills have the highest win total in the NFL, so it's no surprise that they're the favorite to win the AFC in 2022.
Buffalo enters the summer -- after free agency, the NFL Draft and schedule release -- at +360 to win the conference at Caesars Sportsbook.
The Chiefs are next in the +500 range after falling from as high as +400 depending on the sportsbook. Kansas City shipped out Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins a couple of months back and didn't do too much with their new receiving corps to please oddsmakers.
The Chargers (+850) and Broncos (+850) are making the AFC West look like the best division in the NFL. After that, the Browns come in at +1000 since the acquisition of Deshaun Watson, and the reigning conference champion Bengals are tied with the Ravens at +1200.
Some real value should be looked at in the Las Vegas Raiders. Yes, they are in the scary AFC West, but after making the playoffs last season, they added Davante Adams and Chandler Jones to the roster. Their odds are +2500 to win the conference.

Preseason Updates
May 23: As we head into OTAs and the summer months, the Bills are holding strong as favorites at +360. The Chiefs continue to move down but still hold the second-best odds at +500, while the Chargers (+850) and Broncos (+850) are helping make the AFC West the toughest division in the conference -- and likely the whole league.
April 1: With some free agency moves beginning to change the make up of teams across the league, the Bills got stronger as a team and as odds on favorites, jumping ahead to +350 while the Chiefs moved down to +450. The Chargers (+800), Broncos (+850) and Browns (+900) all closed the gap as well.
Feb 15: The Bills and Chiefs started the offseason in the driver's seat to win the conference tied at +400, with the only other team with triple digit odds being the reigning champion Bengals.
